Session Goals: Ground ~ Clear ~ Nourish ~ Protect

During a session I hold sacred space as a divine conduit without an agenda while listening to each client, their body and our spirit guides. What follows is a unique session designed to support whatever healing is most needed on that day. I may be guided to incorporate some or all all of the numerous massage therapy techniques and energy shifting modalities that I have learned in 15 years of professional practice. This could include the WHOLE HEART THERAPIES of touch, aroma, sound, crystal, chakra balancing, cord cutting/energetic attachment removal, guided meditations, spirit guide messages.

For those that have had a session in prior years before me creating Whole Heart Therapies-please note that my work has shifted from deep tissue and therapeutic massage specialist. While I still incorporate those skills in a session as needed-they are not always the focus of a session and at times you could be on the table fully clothed and barely touched for the entirety of our time together.

I simply ask that you come willing to receive whatever blessings the spirit realm has in store for you. It is from their guidance and wisdom that I craft each session. Trust your guides and angels to lead the way and I promise to be an open-minded listener, messenger and witness on your healing journey.

Must Love Dogs…or Not!

It will just make a difference of where your session is booked! I have an in home office and treatment room and I also have two adorable dogs! Lily, dark brown Lhasa Apso/Dachshund/King Charles mix has been happily greeting and soothing clients for over a decade! Rosalee, the Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix is 2 and her being scared of everyone for the first few minutes is to be expected. If dogs are an issue for you please let me know upon booking as I have other treatment room options available that we can rent!
